Absolutely the worst tire place I’ve ever been to they charge me $150 plus $100 labor to put a tire on my 2015 C max I call Walmart the same tire same warranty for $69 labor put it almost 20 bucks. They also charge $21.68 for shop supplies apartment it’s $21.28 per shop supplies and then charge me to dispose of the tire as well you want to get ripped off go to the shop and I called the corporate office. They said give me a quote from another place and they’ll match it. Why don’t they just sell it at a honest ‘s price to begin with. I’m positive note the guy that waited on me. Think his name was. Jason was very helpful and very nice. He kept apologizing for the price.

So I had my car serviced here. Just got off the phone with Joshua supposedly a manager there I guess right now that's on duty today is July 20th it's 4:40 p.m. I'm in Lakeland Florida. As you can see in these pictures, the tire is flat the valve stem is cracked . The most important thing an facts are that this place did not even replace my valve stems when I bought four brand new tires for my car. Got a front end alignment and a back end alignment. They didn't even clean the dirt that was inside the rim before they put on the new tire bc it's a tubeless tire. So with that being said I just got hung up on by said person that's working there right now whose name I already mentioned up above. The guy that was there the day I had everything done Keith he's just so happens not to be in there right now. I just want to say this... . ... people that need their tire or tires serviced on their car or truck. Whatever the case may be I'm not saying not to come to this place but I did and my car drove great 3 days later I go to my car and notice that it's completely flat the front tire on the driver side of the vehicle. This was on a Saturday night going into Sunday morning so to get to work

I had a great experience at Tire Choice on S. Florida Ave. in Lakeland. I brought my car in for an oil change and cabin air filter replacement, and the service was quick, professional, and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, explained what needed to be done without any pressure, and had my vehicle ready sooner than I expected. It's always nice to find a shop that's honest, efficient, and respectful of your time. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable auto service.

Very professional, and I have to say they have the best price within a 7-mile radius for what I needed (TPMS swap). It goes without saying that these two technicians went above and beyond, and their names are Jason and David. I noticed that others that came in were also taken care of, not as a number but actually as a human. That generosity doesn't go unnoticed. That alone makes me want to come back for other services. Made my sister crack her jaw from the outcome ( smiling ). Out with the old and in with the new. Thank you. Lastly I highly recommend to other's 👍🏻

Had a serious breach of trust with the service team today. Not only did they search through my personal belongings to "look for the wheel lock key" without notifying me of tire rotation service being provided when I specifically said I was just there for an oil change, but when technician didn't find what she was looking for, she completely bypassed my LOCKED glovebox without notifying or ASKING me whatsoever. The glovebox was LOCKED for a very good reason, as I sometimes keep a loaded firearm in there. Other than that serious breach of trust, the technician also failed to return a private item she pulled out of my center console back to where it belongs, even though she somehow had the presence of mind to lock my glovebox again after returning the wheel lock key. I don't see how any reasonable person could not feel extremely suspicious of that series of events and be left to wonder what else a technician might be searching through in every vehicle they are trusted to work on. I want to make it very clear to the manager that (hopefully) reads this review: I will be searching thoroughly through everything in my truck now, and confirming that everything is where it should be.
